Job summary

PT. Akhdani Reka Solusi seeks an experienced programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain banking applications and digital channels.

You will work on secure APIs and integrate systems with core banking, third-party, and internal services, collaborating across teams to deliver user-friendly solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise across Java, Kotlin, Python, and multiple front-end frameworks, plus SDLC and agile proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, with experience in the IT field.
• Have at least 3 years experience as a Programmer or in an equivalent position in a similar industry.
• Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Python, Golang, ASP.NET (C#), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, Swift, Objective-C.
• Experience with backend/frontend frameworks: Spring Boot, RestEasy, Restful API, ISO8583, React, Angular, NextJS/NuxtJS, Vue.js, Bootstrap, CSS Grid System, Flutter.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, NoSQL.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging/streaming platforms.
• Strong SDLC and agile methodologies knowledge (Scrum, Kanban).
• Understands general banking processes or has banking IT experience.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS SDK.
• Willing to work onsite at Central Jakarta.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications for banking operations and digital channels.
• Develop secure and efficient APIs and integrate systems with core banking, third-party, and internal services.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver functional and user-friendly solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure software solutions comply with data security, regulatory, and banking governance standards.
• Support production systems and provide technical expertise for ongoing system improvements.
