Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri (AMARTEK) seeks a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead product development from ideation to deployment. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and business owners to define requirements and maintain clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

The role requires strong backlog management, stakeholder communication, and governance familiarity, with a track record in banking/financial services products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Management role in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong experience in Product Development and Product Management.
• Experience gathering and managing Product Requirements and documents.
• Ability to manage Product Backlog and prioritization.
• Experience creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Developers and Designers.
• Understanding of Good Corporate Governance and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Developers, Product Designers, and Business Owners to understand product development requirements.
• Develop and manage requirement documents based on the product or feature development needs.
• Create and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure clarity during the product development process.
• Lead and coordinate the development squad to ensure product features are delivered according to targets.
• Monitor development progress and evaluate the developed product features.
• Ensure product development processes comply with Good Corporate Governance and company policies.
• Manage the overall product development process from ideation to implementation and evaluation.
