Intikom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and document business and functional requirements for banking projects. You will prepare BRD/FSD, use cases, and user stories, and model processes using BPMN or Flowcharts.

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Experienced in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Familiar with BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN, and Flowcharts.
• Experienced in Waterfall methodology; Agile/Scrum knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Prepare business and technical documentation, including BRD, FSD, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Analyze and model business processes using BPMN or Flowcharts.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Participate in system development projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on banking system projects, such as Core Banking, Mobile Banking, Treasury, and other supporting systems.
• Support UAT activities, including test scenario preparation and result validation.
• Monitor system implementation and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
