Job summary

Intikom is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and document business and functional requirements for banking projects. You will prepare BRD/FSD, use cases, and user stories, and model processes using BPMN or Flowcharts.

You will liaise between business users and IT, participate in Waterfall and Agile projects, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders on Core/Mobile Banking and Treasury systems, supporting UAT, and

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
• Experienced in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Familiar with BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, BPMN, and Flowcharts.
• Experienced in Waterfall methodology; Agile/Scrum knowledge is an advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
