PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Karya Prima Sentosa (Bank Sentosa) invites a seasoned Branch Manager to lead the Pantai Indah Kapuk branch in North Jakarta, driving funding growth and overseeing branch operations.

You will ensure DPK targets, manage risk, uphold integrity, and mentor funding sales and operations teams, partnering with Head Office to align strategies and maintain high service standards in a competitive urban market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years as Branch Manager or similar leadership position in banking.
• Experience in BPR/Retail Banking/Funding preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving DPK targets and managing branch operations.
• Strong knowledge of savings products and North Jakarta market, especially PIK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily operational activities of the PIK branch to ensure high efficiency and superior banking service quality.
• Design and execute market penetration strategies to drive growth of savings and deposit product portfolios for retail and corporate customers in the PIK area and surroundings.
• Coordinate intensively with Head Office divisions to ensure alignment of business strategy, achievement targets, and compliance with internal policies.
• Monitor and analyse branch business realisation periodically, including sales target achievement, budget efficiency, and AUM growth rates.
• Ensure all branch transactions and operational procedures comply with internal SOP standards, risk management principles, and applicable banking regulations.
• Oversee implementation of anti-money laundering and terrorism financing prevention (APU-PPT) programs across all banking activities in the branch.
• Guide and develop the competencies of funding sales teams and branch operational staff to achieve maximum productivity.

As Branch Manager (Funding & Operations) for the Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) branch office, you will lead commercial growth in the funding sector while overseeing overall branch operations. This leadership position is responsible for achieving DPK targets, operational efficiency, risk management, and implementing an integrity-based work culture at one of Jakarta's leading business hubs.

Key responsibilities

Lead and oversee all daily operational activities of the PIK branch to ensure high efficiency and superior banking service quality

Design and execute market penetration strategies to drive growth of savings and deposit product portfolios for retail and corporate customers in the PIK area and surroundings

About you

Minimum S1 education from any discipline (Finance, Banking, or Business preferred)

Minimum 3 years of work experience as Branch Manager or similar leadership position in the banking industry (experience in BPR/Retail Banking/Funding Management highly preferred)

Proven track record in achieving DPK targets and managing branch operations

Deep understanding of savings products, financial analysis, and commercial business landscape in North Jakarta, particularly the PIK area

Strong leadership, integrity, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills

Willing to work full-time at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta
