Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate a field sales team to achieve targets in Bandar Lampung.
• Develop and implement sales plans and promotions for retail outlets within the territory.
• Monitor sales performance, conduct regular field visits, and coach reps to improve effectiveness.
• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and adherence to company standards at all retail locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Analyze sales data and report on activities and performance to management.
