Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business planning, commercial finance, sales planning, or analytics.
• Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, FMCG, or management consulting is preferred.
• Exposure to Bancassurance or sales distribution is an advantage.

• Analyze sales performance and identify drivers of growth and productivity.
• Develop forecasts, business scenarios, and performance projections.
• Build manpower and productivity models to support business planning.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and quantify business impact.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and dashboards.
