Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 7 years in Learning & Development.
• Experience in partnership channel or bancassurance environment is a must.
• Understand Stakeholder management.
• Data analysis and performance tracking.
• Presentation and communication skills.
• Leadership coaching fundamentals.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, AI Prompting, and digital learning tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive Sales Capability Development: Design and deliver learning programs, including structured learning journeys, training interventions, and performance tracking.
• Lead Leadership Enablement: Support sales leaders through coaching, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee Product & Business Readiness: Deploy learning for new product launches and strategic initiatives, ensuring field readiness.
• Manage Compliance & Regulatory Training: Coordinate mandatory training, certifications, and governance-related learning with Compliance and Risk.
• Enable Partnerships: Support capability development for bank staff and bancassurance initiatives through targeted enablement programs.
