PT ANUGRAH PURI PERTIWI is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager for our Ballroom. The role focuses on operational excellence, sales growth, and strategic partnerships to elevate guest experiences and occupancy.

Ideal candidates have a strong hospitality background, proven leadership, and the ability to drive revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Bekasi, Indonesia and requires hands-on management of all ballroom activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 4 years in hotel/property operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience as Assistant Hotel Manager or Operations Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership, execution mindset, and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with targets and reports.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily ballroom operations and ensure SOP compliance and service standards.
• Supervise Guest Service team, event staff, technicians, and maintenance.
• Drive guest experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitor performance, service quality, and reporting.
• Lead sales, business development, and partnerships to grow revenue.
• Manage manpower, productivity, costs, and venue resources efficiently.
• Achieve revenue targets, guest visits, customer satisfaction, and KPIs.
• Handle escalations and strategic operational decisions.
• Analyze venue performance and develop revenue/efficiency strategies.
• Maintain relationships with Mall/Building Management and external parties.
