PT Harum Indah Sari Tours & Travel in Bali seeks an experienced Web Developer (Supervisor) to lead the web development team while remaining hands-on in designing, developing, and maintaining our digital platforms.

You will play a strategic role in overseeing projects that enhance our online presence and support tourism and travel services, ensuring code quality and timely delivery. The role requires strong leadership, technical excellence, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience with demonstrated expertise in full-stack web development.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience managing web developers or technical teams.
• Experience with back-end development using PHP, Python, Node.js or similar.
• Solid knowledge of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL or equivalent).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of web developers, providing mentorship, guidance and performance evaluations.
• Lead the design, development and deployment of web applications and websites that support our tourism and travel services
• Oversee code quality, best practices and adherence to development standards across all projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of web development projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs and performance problems in existing web systems.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry best practices, implementing innovations where appropriate.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and development of our web technology roadmap.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations and customer service to ensure digital solutions align with business goals.
