Job summary

Club Pantai in Bali seeks an experienced retail leader to run our stores and lead store teams, working closely with the founders. Your role will be to build great teams, ensure sharp stores, and manage openings.

You are hands-on, organized, and solution-minded, with 5+ years in retail and at least 2 years running a store; Bali-based with your own motorbike. The position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly bonus on store sales and long-term growth as we expand across Bali.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail, including at least 2 years running a store.
• Hands-on, organised, solution-minded.
• Based in Bali, with your own motorbike.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Team Leaders of each store.
• Keep every store running well, from team to stock.
• Train new team members and share each new collection with them.
• Help open our new stores, starting with Pererenan.
