• Proven distributor management experience.
• Experience managing both on and off-trade channels.
• Track record of delivering growth, expansion, and execution excellence.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed territories.
• Strong commercial acumen with profitability focus.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Willing to be based in Bali.
