Job summary

Inivie in Bali seeks a Marketing Specialist to design and execute campaigns for our hospitality portfolio. The role requires experience in branding, content creation, and digital channels to drive occupancy and guest engagement.

You will plan multi-channel campaigns, manage social media, and optimize ads on Meta and Google, while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Immediate start is preferred for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotel, resort, or villa.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and communication.
• Experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
• Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, professional, adaptable, and a good team player.
• Domiciled in Bali and able to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities
