Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali. Focus on expanding HORECA accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving sustainable revenue for bottled water products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG, beverage, packaged food, drinking water, or HORECA.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing offline sales channels and expanding distribution networks.
• Strong existing Bali HORECA network including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, hospitality operators, distributors, and beverage wholesalers.
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, distributor management, and key account development.

Responsibilities

• Develop offline sales strategies to increase market penetration throughout Bali.
• Build, manage, and expand distributor networks, wholesalers, and strategic channel partners.
• Identify and acquire new HORECA customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs, and hospitality operators.
• Conduct customer visits, commercial presentations, negotiations, and business development activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding new business opportunities.
• Lead and supervise the sales team by providing coaching, performance monitoring, and execution guidance.
• Organize product activations, sampling programs, and promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, customer trends, and market developments.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, forecasting, and commercial performance updates for senior management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue objectives, customer acquisition goals, and distribution expansion KPIs.
