Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead offline sales and marketing across Bali, focusing on expanding HORECA accounts, strengthening distributors, and raising brand visibility for bottled water products.

You will oversee customer acquisition, distributor management, and field execution while building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, and other hospitality operators in Bali.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years in Sales & Marketing in FMCG, beverages, or HORECA.
• At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong network within Bali’s HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs).
• Proven ability to develop offline sales channels and distribution networks.
• Excellent business acumen with negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute offline sales strategies to increase market penetration across Bali.
• Build and expand distributor networks and channel partners.
• Identify and acquire new HORECA customers (hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, beach clubs).
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, negotiations, and business development.
• Lead and coach the sales team with performance monitoring.
• Organize activations, sampling, and promotions to boost brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasting for senior management.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs.
