Job summary

Konstruksi is seeking an experienced MEP SPV Engineer to supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our Bali projects. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating with trades and stakeholders for successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of MEP supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex MEP drawings and specifications in line with Indonesian building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related civil discipline.
• 5–8 years of MEP supervision experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, and Indonesian codes.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on site.
• Monitor compliance with drawings, specs, and building codes.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control on MEP systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades for project execution.
• Prepare MEP documentation including reports and as-built drawings.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and defects.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct commissioning and testing of MEP systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and site teams.
