Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a field-engagement coordinator to drive partner engagement and counseling activities both online and offline in Bali. You will coordinate with clients, deliver training, and support community initiatives while maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires a minimum SMA/SMK education, 1+ year experience in engagement, and the ability to use Google Docs/Sheets/Slides. A valid SIM C license and personal motorbike are preferred to enable site visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in partner engagement
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
• Has SIM C license and own motorbike
• Minimum SMA/SMK education
• Experience as an instructor, trainer or teacher
• Active in a community
• Able to use social media

Responsibilities

• Do the Engagement & Counseling Productivity activities (online & offline)
• Meet productivity targets for Dax outcomes
