Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager in Bali to drive brand authority and investor leads through premium content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms. You will own the content lifecycle from concept to distribution, closely collaborating with the Founder and management.

You’ll produce high-quality videos and written assets, optimize performance with data-driven insights, and adapt content for multiple formats to maximize reach and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, digital video production, or content marketing.
• Experience creating strategic content for premium brands, real estate, property investment, luxury lifestyle, or high-value products/services.
• Proficiency with executive branding, thought leadership, and high-ticket marketing funnels is highly preferred.
• Advanced video editing skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form videos and short-form content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other channels.
• Develop executive personal branding content positioning company leadership as trusted authorities.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Create high-converting marketing copy, email nurturing campaigns, landing page content, and lead-generation assets.
• Optimize content through testing thumbnails, titles, hooks, retention, CTR, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor and analyze content performance linked to qualified leads and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and external partners on integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all content reflects premium brand positioning and investment value proposition.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, SEO, and opportunities for organic and paid reach.
