MatchaTalent Bali-based client seeks a Social Media & Content Manager who will act as a strategic content engine, shaping brand authority and generating investment leads across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and email campaigns.

You will work closely with the Founder and management to create, optimize, and distribute high-quality content, analyze performance, and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion through data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong portfolio.
• 5–6 years in social media management, content creation, or digital video production.
• Experience creating strategic content for premium brands in real estate or luxury sectors is preferred.
• Experience supporting founder branding or high-ticket marketing funnels is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent.
• Strong YouTube growth, LinkedIn distribution, Meta advertising, SEO basics, and content optimization.

Aufgaben

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form and short-form video content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
• Develop executive branding content that positions leadership as authorities in real estate investment.
• Repurpose core content into platform-specific assets to maximize reach and efficiency.
• Create marketing copy, email nurturing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation assets.
• Optimize content performance through testing thumbnails, titles, hooks, retention, CTR, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor content performance and link engagement to leads and sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and external partners on integrated campaigns.
• Ensure content reflects premium brand positioning, design quality, and investment value proposition.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, SEO, and opportunities for organic/paid reach.
