Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to act as the organization’s content engine, creating high-quality digital assets and distributing them across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and email campaigns. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, Film Production, Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in social media, content creation, or digital video production.
• Experience creating strategic content for premium brands, real estate or luxury sectors.
• Experience supporting founder branding or high-ticket marketing funnels is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form and short-form video content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta platforms.
• Develop executive branding content to position leadership as trusted authorities in real estate investment.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Create marketing copy, email nurture campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation assets.
• Optimize content performance via thumbnails, titles, hooks, retention, CTR, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and external partners on integrated campaigns.
• Ensure content reflects premium brand positioning and investment value proposition.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, SEO, and opportunities to maximize reach.
