Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Social Media & Content Manager to drive premium content strategy, scaling brand authority and investment leads. You will own video production, executive branding, and multi-platform distribution across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and email campaigns.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership to optimize content performance, align with the luxury real estate focus, and continuously improve ROI through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio.
• 5–6 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital video production.
• Experience creating strategic content for premium brands, real estate or luxury sectors.
• Experience supporting founder branding or high-ticket marketing funnels.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of YouTube growth, LinkedIn distribution, and Meta advertising.
• Ability to transform a single asset into multiple platform formats for reach.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and digital communication with lead generation focus.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, script, film, edit, and publish long-form and short-form videos across YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and other channels.
• Develop executive branding content that positions leadership as authorities in real estate investing.
• Repurpose core content into multiple formats for maximum reach and efficiency.
• Create high-converting marketing copy, email nurturing, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.
• Optimize content through testing thumbnails, titles, hooks, retention, CTR, and engagement metrics.
• Monitor content performance and link engagement to qualified leads and sales funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and external partners on campaigns.
• Ensure content reflects premium brand positioning and investment value proposition.
• Stay updated with platform trends, SEO, and opportunities for organic/paid reach.
