Job summary

DOKU is seeking an Intern - Regional Business Support in Bali to assist merchant onboarding, admin workflows, and data handling. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely go-live, while gathering merchant insights.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in Business/Management/Accounting, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and willing to work from Bali. Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office and basic bookkeeping are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ongoing students or fresh graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Willing to work from Bali.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage administrative documents related to merchant data, including new sales proposals and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant records in the company database.
• Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchant partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth technical integration and timely go-live.
• Analyze recurring merchant challenges and identify opportunities for the business to better address those needs.
• Support the creation of business reports on payment transaction volumes for specified periods and selected merchants.
• Ensure accuracy of transaction data and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
