Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and purchasing or related accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice handling and payments.
• Understanding of procurement procedures and vendor management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions including invoice verification and payments.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor communications for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and purchasing docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor expenditures and assist with budget tracking and cost control.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams on inquiries related to purchasing and payments.
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting and purchasing.
