Qualifications

• 5+ years in service, hospitality, or luxury household roles.
• Strong English communication and local Bali knowledge.
• Ability to own tasks from instruction to completion with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage family and lifestyle needs, scheduling, bookings, transport, and household requirements.
• Coordinate household logistics, maintenance, service providers, and inventories.
• Manage family calendars, travel arrangements, airport transfers, and itineraries.
• Plan meals with family preferences, coordinate groceries or private chefs.
• Arrange personal appointments and services, maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain confidentiality and clear professional boundaries while delivering high‑level support.
