Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through strategic digital campaigns. You will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize activities across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other online channels to maximize ROI.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of performance marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, GA, GTM, and attribution models.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation is a plus.
• Healthcare/beauty industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other platforms to generate leads and revenue.
• Monitor, analyze, and improve campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and strategies.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Use Google Analytics, GTM, and related tools to track performance and derive insights.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, Sales, and CRM teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
