Job summary

Instabus, Bali-based photo booth and event entertainment business, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to grow and manage the business. The role involves researching opportunities, handling client communications, coordinating events, sourcing props, and supporting marketing and administration tasks.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, reliable, and proficient with Google Sheets/Excel; Canva experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Research and identify new events, festivals and business opportunities.
Contact and follow up with wedding organizers, event organizers and potential clients.
Maintain leads, contacts and schedules.
Help coordinate events and projects.
Develop and organize new themes and creative concepts.
Research and source products, props, decorations and suppliers.
Help with Canva, social media and simple marketing materials.
Basic accounting, reports and general administration.
Support day-to-day business operations.
