Job summary

Midplaza Holding in Bali seeks a Compliance and Risk Officer to strengthen risk management and regulatory programs. Based in Bali, you will perform risk assessments, help develop compliance plans, and ensure processes meet group targets.

You will prepare management reports, identify policy gaps, and maintain updated PP, SOP, laws and standards while coordinating with executives and staff. Fluency in English and Bahasa is required, with a legal background and a multicultural mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Legal
• Experience in a Law Firm is an advantage
• Maximum 25 years old and Bali-based
• Fluent in English and Bahasa (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of corporate law and government regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivation to grow and expand capabilities
• Appreciation for working with multi-cultural teams of differing education levels

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk
• Assist with development and implementation of compliance plans and programs
• Assist with the development of the strategic plans to achieve agreed targets and effective planning
• Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews
• Identify shortfalls in policy and process; assess effectiveness and implement changes
• Maintain internal procedures to ensure staff are updated on PP, SOP, tax regulations and laws
• Coordinate and conduct Compliance Program and projects as assigned
• Prepare Compliance Working Paper and Reports timely
• Escalate major findings to Compliance Leader
• Monitor, review and analyze deficiencies and irregularities to provide effective solutions
• Inform executives and peers on relevant information in a timely manner
• Submit reports on time, ensuring delivery deadlines
• Achieve and exceed goals in KPI, Budget, and team goals
• Ensure high quality & reliable Compliance Working Papers & Reports
