Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments across functional areas and maintain operational risk.
• Assist with development of systems to facilitate risk monitoring and improvement by ensuring risk identification aligns with group targets and objectives.
• Assist with developing and implementing compliance plans and programs.
• Support development of strategic plans to achieve targets and effective planning.
• Prepare Compliance Program Reports for top-level management based on internal reviews.
• Identify shortfalls in policy and process; assess effectiveness and implement changes.
• Maintain internal procedures to update staff on modifications to compliance PP, SOP, tax regulation and laws.
• Coordinate and conduct Compliance Programs and projects as assigned.
• Prepare Compliance Working Papers and reports in a timely manner.
• Escalate major findings to Compliance Leader.
• Monitor deficiencies and provide effective solutions.
• Inform executives and peers on relevant information timely.
• Submit reports on deadlines and achieve/exceed KPI and budget goals.
• Ensure high quality and reliable Compliance Working Papers and Reports.

• Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that our staff is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing compliance PP, SOP, tax regulation, applicable laws, government regulation and industry standard.
• Coordinate and conduct Compliance Program and project as assigned.
• Prepare Compliance Working Paper and Reports on timely manner.
• Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader.
• Monitor, review and analyze deficiencies and irregularities to provide effective solutions.
• Informs and/or updates the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
• Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines.
• Achieves and exceeds goals in KPI, Budget, Team’s Goals , etc.
• Ensure high quality & reliable Compliance Working Paper & Reports :
  • All information is accurate, valid and based on actual condition
  • Working paper is informative, neat, free of administrative error, clean.
  • Document the company’s compliance activities to provide proof the company complies with PP, SOP, applicable laws, government regulation and industry standard.
• Leverages technology and effectively uses information systems and tools to generate compliance reports and provide management with analytical support to drive decision-making.
• Assist Compliance Leader to interact, co-operate, and maintain relationships with all members of the organization for feedback and to obtain client / customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance.
• 2. Having experience in Public Accountant Firm will be an advantage.
• 3. Maximum 25 years old and based in Bali.
• 4. Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral)
• 5. Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting principles.
• 6. Have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
