Job summary

JDH Design & Build is seeking an experienced Accountant & Office Manager to join our team in Pererenan, Bali. This role manages day-to-day accounting, financial administration and office operations while supporting Directors and design/construction teams.

The successful candidate will have strong accounting and Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with Indonesian accounting and taxation processes. Bahasa Indonesia and English are required for professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting skills with Indonesian taxation knowledge.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.
• Experience handling accounts payable/receivable and payroll support.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, and supplier/subcontractor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support payroll processes.
• Track cash flow, project expenses and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee general office administration, contracts, filing, internal procedures and coordination between management, accounting, design and construction teams.
