Job summary

PT. BALI MANIA CONSTRUCTION is seeking an Accountant Assistant based in Bali to support internal accounting across two group companies, ensuring accurate, audit-ready records as the business expands.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, invoicing, receipts, and basic reporting; requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in accounting, 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Indonesian; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience across multiple entities is a plus.
• Real estate, construction or property management background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal accounting records for two entities.
• Record daily transactions and ensure books are up to date.
• Reconcile accounts and flag discrepancies to management.
