Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in the running of the kitchen. You will play a key part in shaping and leading the team, enhancing guest experiences, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and creativity are met.

The role requires proven leadership, culinary excellence, and a collaborative approach to menu development. You will mentor staff, supervise production, and uphold HACCP and company protocols to deliver extraordinary dining

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a luxury kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with modern techniques and presentation.
• Experience in menu design, cost control and quality standards.
• Fluent in English; Indonesian language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and menu execution.
• Lead and train the kitchen brigade, ensuring high standards.
• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Collaborate on seasonal updates and guest-focused experiences.
