Job summary

PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk. (NSR), known as Cinema XXI, seeks a Social Media & Content Specialist to craft engaging strategies for bakery and F&B brands. You will oversee end-to-end content creation, from planning to publishing, and analyze performance to boost brand awareness and sales.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in social media or digital marketing, strong storytelling skills, and proficiency with Canva and CapCut. English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, supported by a relevant portfolio.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Skilled in content planning, photography, videography, copywriting, and editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media and content strategies for bakery and F&B brands across relevant platforms.
• Manage end-to-end content production, from planning and creation to editing and publishing.
• Create engaging content featuring products, promotions, and brand stories to drive purchase interest and sales.
• Maintain brand consistency, manage audience interactions, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Production teams.
• Monitor content performance, analyze audience insights, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and business results.
