Job summary

PT. Jfood Group Indonesia is seeking a freelance Social Media and Content Creator to craft engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You will plan posts around promotions, monitor performance, and engage with followers as part of a marketing/design team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of content creation experience, proficiency with CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year in content creation, preferably in the FnB Industry.
• Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Skilled in shooting and editing content tailored for social media.
• Up to date with current social media trends and able to implement them in content.
• Able to write engaging captions and communicate effectively with audiences.
• Able to communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to plan and schedule content efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Plan and schedule content based on promotions and trends.
• Monitor and report content performance.
• Reply to comments and messages to engage followers.
• Work with the marketing and design team.
• Collaborate with KOLs/influencers for campaigns and content.
• Host or support live sessions (e.g., IG Live, TikTok Live).
