Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to build and run production systems, including AI projects in Indonesia. The role focuses on Golang or Python backend development, designing scalable APIs, and tuning databases.

• Strong Golang or Python, with production experience.
• Deep SQL knowledge: design, optimisation and performance tuning.
• Solid grasp of software architecture, API development and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with an AI project.
• Comfortable using AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor).
• Independent and collaborative, with strong troubleshooting skills.
