Job summary

Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (KST) mengundang pengembang backend berpengalaman untuk mengembangkan layanan backend yang skalabel di lingkungan on-site Jakarta Selatan. Anda akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk membangun API handal dan basis data yang efisien.

Peran ini menuntut minimal 3 tahun pengalaman, keahlian Golang/Node.js/.NET/Java/Python, serta pemahaman RESTful APIs dan manajemen database. KST menawarkan budaya kerja kolaboratif dan fokus pada kualitas perangkat lunak.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait.
• Min. 3 tahun pengalaman pengembangan perangkat lunak.
• Pengalaman dengan Golang, Node.js, .NET, Java, PHP, Python atau kerangka serupa.
• Familiar dengan RESTful APIs dan sistem manajemen basis data (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB).
• Paham SDLC dan Git.
• Pengetahuan cloud, DevOps, atau CI/CD diutamakan.
• Kemampuan pemecahan masalah & analisis.
• Kemampuan komunikasi & kerja tim.

Responsibilities

• Desain, kembangkan, uji, dan pertahankan layanan backend yang skalabel.
• Bangun RESTful APIs untuk mendukung aplikasi web & mobile.
• Tulis kode bersih, efisien, aman, dan mudah dipelihara.
• Bekerja sama dengan Frontend, QA, Product, dan pemangku kepentingan.
• Rancang skema basis data, query, dan model data.
• Integrasikan API pihak ketiga dan layanan eksternal.
• Lakukan debugging dan pecahkan masalah produksi tepat waktu.
• Optimalkan performa, skalabilitas, keamanan aplikasi.
• Lakukan unit tests, integration tests, dan review kode.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.

• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.

• Develop clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.

• Monitor application health, logs, and system performance, and implement improvements when necessary.

• Continuously research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.

• Experience with back-end technologies such as Golang, Node.js, .NET, Java, PHP, Python, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
