Job summary

AMARTEK membutuhkan Backend Developer berpengalaman untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan memelihara layanan backend yang skalabel di Jakarta. Posisi ini on-site di pusat kota dengan fokus pada Golang maupun Rust, API REST, serta database seperti PostgreSQL/MySQL.

Anda akan bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi, menerapkan praktik CI/CD, dan mengikuti metodologi Agile/Scrum. Gelar S1 di bidang terkait wajib dipenuhi; pengalaman 3+ tahun menjadi nilai tambah yang signifikan.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang CS/TI atau terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Backend Developer/Software Engineer.
• Kemampuan programming kuat dengan Golang dan/atau Rust.
• Pemahaman OOP dan prinsip rekayasa perangkat lunak yang baik.
• Pemahaman konsep database, SQL, dan optimasi database.
• Pengalaman dengan PostgreSQL/MySQL atau DB serupa.
• Pengalaman Docker dan praktik CI/CD merupakan nilai tambah.
• Pengalaman bekerja dalam lingkungan Agile/Scrum.
• Siap bekerja on-site di Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Merancang, mengembangkan, dan memelihara layanan backend yang skalabel.
• Membangun RESTful APIs, microservices, dan backend services.
• Bekerja sama dengan Frontend, QA, DevOps, dan pemangku kepentingan.
• menganalisis kebutuhan bisnis dan teknis untuk solusi backend.
• Mengoptimalkan query DB, model data, dan proses backend.
• Melakukan debugging, troubleshooting, dan optimasi performa.
• Melakukan unit/integration testing dan code review.
• Menangani isu produksi dan kejadian ruban.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Golang and/or Rust.

• Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.

• Collaborate with Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions.

• Design and optimize database queries, data models, and backend processes.

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of backend applications.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.

• Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents.

• Implement secure coding practices and ensure application reliability and scalability.

• Work with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and development tools to support efficient software delivery.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer / Software Engineer.

• Strong programming skills and hands‑on experience with Golang and/or Rust.

• Solid understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and software engineering principles.

• Good understanding of database concepts, SQL, and database optimization.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.

• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD practices is a plus.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

• Willing to work on‑site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
