Job summary

Indosat is seeking a Managerial-level leader for B2B Strategy & Insight to translate corporate strategy into actionable plans and oversee KPI governance and performance management. You will be the thought partner for growth, competitiveness, and strategic direction.

You will lead transformation office activities, monitor strategic initiatives, and coordinate market intelligence to support executive decision-making and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecom, business management, economics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in Strategy, Planning, Transformation Office, or Corporate Performance Management (5–8 years).
• Experience in Telecommunications/ICT/Digital Business, preferably B2B; KPI frameworks and dashboards a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term and annual B2B strategy and business plans.
• Lead annual business planning and initiate strategic initiatives.
• Monitor KPI achievement and performance gaps; drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and governance reporting.
• Prepare executive materials and governance documents for Board/EC.
