Job summary

PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a senior leader to head the B2B Strategy & Insight function, translating corporate strategy into executable plans and KPI governance.

The role drives market intelligence, performance management, and strategic transformation efforts at the senior level. You will develop long-term B2B strategy, lead annual planning, build investment cases, monitor KPI achievement, and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives within a transformation-office framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, business management, economics, or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years in Strategy, Planning, Transformation Office, Business Performance Management, or Consulting (top-tier background preferred).
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Technology, or Digital Business—preferably in B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B telecommunications business.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development & Business Planning: Develop long-term and annual B2B strategy.
• Business planning: Lead annual business planning process.
• Strategic initiatives: Develop strategic initiatives and build business cases for investment.
• PMO & governance: Establish PMO governance and monitor project execution.
• Market intelligence: Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and benchmark competitors.
• Executive reporting: Prepare board materials and governance reports.
