Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Solution Specialist Lead to translate business requirements into end-to-end IT solutions that drive customer success. You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and partners to design scalable architectures and ensure technical soundness.

You will conduct feasibility studies, develop technical proposals, and lead demos and POCs to showcase value. Strong communication and cloud/integration knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in IT solution-related roles (pre-sales, solutions architect, or technical consultant).
• Experience supporting enterprise customers and sales lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, APIs, and integration concepts.
• Proven ability to create technical proposals and solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and translate into scalable IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and partners to define requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and integration approaches.
• Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses for technology solutions.
• Develop proposals, architecture docs, and presentations for engagements.
• Lead product demonstrations, POCh, and solution presentations.
• Provide technical consultation during sales cycles and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with project teams and vendors to ensure delivery and feasibility.
• Support API integration planning, data migration strategies, and third-party connectivity.
