Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, especially in flexible packaging, plastic manufacturing, converting, or gravure printing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Management, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in flexible packaging, plastic manufacturing, converting, or gravure printing is highly preferred.
• Strong target orientation and consultative/profitable selling skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly for reporting.
• Willing to be placed at our locations in Cikarang, Cibitung, or Surabaya.
• Willing to conduct onsite assignments and travel frequently.
