Job summary

PUR ESIA Indonesia is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Specialist to expand our corporate and institutional footprint in Jakarta and surrounding regions. You will focus on banking & financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, education, and other key sectors, building lasting relationships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include developing new opportunities, meeting targets, presenting product solutions, negotiating agreements, onboarding clients, and reporting results

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in hospitality, FMCG, or personal care.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network in B2B or B2G sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B opportunities across corporate and institutional markets.
• Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and relationship building
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Promote and sell customized PURESIA Personal Care products for gifting & hampers for corporate needs
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Prepare proposals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
