Avomind is seeking a B2B Operations Specialist to manage the core operational foundation of the B2B business, ensuring timely delivery of products to partners and shelves. You will build scalable, repeatable processes to enable growth and efficiency across order processing, partner support, and product launches.

You will work with a Europe-based team in CET overlap, and help implement AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work while maintaining high service levels.

Qualificações

• 2-3 yrs of experience in B2B or e-commerce operations, order management, or a similar execution-heavy ops role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable owning a high-volume, multi-thread workload.
• Systems-builder mindset: you fix the process, not just the ticket.

Responsabilidades

• Process B2B orders end-to-end and coordinate fulfillment with warehouses and 3PL partners.
• Own and triage the B2B inbox against response SLAs and manage partner documents.
• Set up market and partner listings and master-data; support product launches and template creation.
• Log samples, returns, and complaints and route them to Ops/QA.
• Build scalable workflows and AI-assisted inbox automation to reduce manual volume.
