Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a marketing leader to develop and implement integrated strategies, lead a dynamic team, and drive measurable business results. The role involves overseeing research, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain strong brand messaging across channels.

The successful candidate will have 5–7 years in marketing with 3+ years in management, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years marketing experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve targets.
Leading and managing the marketing team, including recruitment and development.
Overseeing market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
Directing creation of marketing materials and digital campaigns across channels.
Collaborating with sales, product, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging.
Monitoring marketing performance metrics, ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Building relationships with external partners and agencies.
