PT Granre Electrical Indonesia, located in Jababeka Industrial Area, seeks a Staff Marketing professional to drive business development and manage key customer relationships in the electronics manufacturing sector. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and coordinating cross-functionally to fulfill customer needs.

Formación

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in B2B Marketing/Sales in the manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of electronics/manufacturing industry and experience with manufacturing companies.
• Understanding of customer handling processes, quotations, negotiation, order follow-up, and internal coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• English and Mandarin language skills preferred.
• Active driving license (SIM A) and able to drive a car for work purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Search for and develop new customer opportunities.
• Maintain relationships and communication with existing customers.
• Follow up on customer needs, quotations, orders, projects and complaints.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and related departments to meet customer needs.
• Monitor project progress and customer requirements.
• Create reports on activities and customer progress.
• Support business development in the electronics manufacturing sector.
