Job summary

Pt Siba Surya is seeking a Performance Enablement Lead to drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across Mill and Estate operations in a defined region. You will establish CI governance and deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include rolling out CI frameworks, coordinating with regional and site leaders, and developing capability through training. Travel to estates is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a related field/major or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience related to this position.
• Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or performance enablement.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or agricultural operations preferred.
• Good English communication skill.
• Willing to be based on site and travel across estates.
• Structured problem solving and data analysis.
• Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.

• Lead the implementation of Performance Enablement and CI frameworks regionally.
• Serve as regional focal point for CI governance, cadence reviews, and performance dialogue.
• Support Mills and Estates in identifying, prioritizing, and executing CI initiatives.
• Drive consistent application of daily improvement and project improvement cycle practices.
• Manage the Region CI portfolio across Mill and Estate operations.
• Monitor progress, risks, and issue resolution of CI initiatives.
• Support CI capability development through training, learning sessions, and best practice sharing.
• Partner with Region, Mill, and Estate leadership to embed CI into daily operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support CI initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver regular CI performance updates to management.

**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Performance Enablement Lead is responsible for leading and enabling Continuous Improvement (CI) across Mill and Estate operations within a defined region. The role ensures disciplined CI governance, effective execution of improvement initiatives, capability development, and realization of measurable business value aligned with operational and strategic objectives.
