Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CMA/ACCA is a plus.
• 3–5 years cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ERP Inventory/Accounting/Manufacturing modules.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve standards for data collection, BOM structure, and UoMs.
• Inventory valuation and ERP configuration for automatic valuation.
• Regularly evaluate and refine ERP setup.
• Budget preparation and cost analysis.
• Monitor material prices and forecast impact on products.
• Analyse workgroup performance and financial impact.
• Analyse actual vs planned consumption and product margin.
• Analyse production issues with cost impact.
• Design the asset tracking system and assign asset ownership, coordinating with Maintenance.
• Define standards for finance data and cross-department document structure with IT.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting (Master’s or CMA/ACCA is a plus)

At least 3-5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing

Hands-on experience implementing or configuring ERP Inventory/Accounting/Manufacturing modules.

Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling)

Fluent English for reporting and communication

Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
