Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking a Server & Cloud Management Analyst to support day-to-day operations of IT servers, Nutanix, and Azure DR workloads in Indonesia. You will handle routine administration, monitoring, and ticket-based work under guidance, ensuring platform health.

The role requires 2+ years in Windows Server and/or Linux administration, virtualization and cloud exposure, backup tool experience, and ITIL knowledge. On-call rotation and DR drills are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years with Windows Server and/or Linux administration; exposure to virtualization and cloud (Azure preferred).
• Experience with backup tools (Veeam/Commvault) and ITIL incident/change management.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and DR drills.
• Strong Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English for documentation and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor regular batch jobs and platform health on servers and Nutanix nodes.
• Support backup & recovery activities; execute jobs per schedule and raise tickets on failures.
• Apply server patches and standard configuration changes per approved Change Records.
• Resolve L1/L2 server, Nutanix, and DR tickets within SLA; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with on-site, network, and security teams and maintain runbooks.
