Job summary

DBS Bank Indonesia is seeking a Relationship Management professional to proactively approach new customers, open accounts, and maintain existing relationships. The role emphasizes risk management, KYC, and collaboration with GTS, Treasury, and Custody to cross-sell products while upholding service excellence.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from reputable university.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decisions and strong control attitude.

Responsibilities

• Approach new customers, process new account opening, and maintaining existing relationship.
• Monitoring customer account and activities.
• Liaise and work with other departments to cross-sell other bank products (besides CASA and FD).
• Managing risk by ensuring proper KYC and due diligence in acquiring new customers.
• Conducting client visits at least twice a year to ensure operation of accounts.
• Adherence to internal and external policy and regulatory policy.
• Maintaining service excellence by responding to customer queries and complaints promptly with appropriate solutions.
• Maintain good relationships within and with other colleagues, teams, and departments.
