Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Approach new customers, process new account opening, and maintaining existing relationship.
• Monitoring customer account and activities.
• Liaise and work with other departments (GTS, Treasury, Custody) to do cross selling of other products of the bank, beside CASA and FD.
• Managing risk by ensuring proper KYC and due diligence in acquiring new customer to the bank.
• Conducting necessary existing client visits at least twice a year to ensure operation of accounts.
• Adherence to internal and external policy, regulatory policy.
• Maintaining service excellence to the customers by responding to customers queries and complaints immediately and give appropriate solution.
• Manage good relationship within and with other colleagues, teams, and department.
