Grab in Jakarta, Indonesia, is hiring for a hybrid AI engineering role to design Large Language Model–based agents that plan, reason, and integrate with live ERP workflows. You will connect agents to Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal databases, building multi-step Finance and Procurement automation with rigorous guardrails and testing.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in software engineering with 5+ years designing and building scalable systems.
• AI engineering skills: Python, API design, and hands-on experience with large language models.
• Experience with AI/ML fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Backend proficiency across databases, microservices, and system architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop autonomous AI agents that plan, reason, and complete Finance and Procurement workflows across O2C, R2R, and P2P.
• Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion Cloud, external APIs, and databases for production ERP actions.
• Improve model and agent performance through prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• Build evaluation/test frameworks for agent reliability, accuracy, and safety.
• Implement guardrails and human oversight for automated finance workflows.
• Decompose complex business processes into AI-implementable components.
• Set technical direction and engineering standards for agentic AI and ERP integration.
